Hydrants
Complete range of fire protection and agricultural irrigation hydrants — conforming to TS 2821-1 and international standards.

TS 2821-1 / EN 14384
Overground Fire Hydrant
Spring-return above-ground fire hydrant conforming to TS 2821-1 / EN 14384. Features an automatic anti-frost self-draining mechanism that activates when the valve is closed, preventing freeze damage in sub-zero conditions. Equipped with a break-off safety coupling that limits damage in vehicle impact events. Two DN 65 hose outlets and one DN 100 steamer port. Red epoxy powder-coated ductile iron body for long-term corrosion resistance. Designed for urban water distribution networks, industrial plants, and fire protection installations.

TS 2821-1 / EN 14339
Underground Fire Hydrant
Below-grade fire hydrant conforming to TS 2821-1 / EN 14339, installed flush with the ground surface. Self-draining design prevents water retention inside the body, eliminating frost damage risk. DN 80 or DN 100 flanged inlet allows direct connection to the main water supply. DN 65 outlet accessed via a traffic-rated D400 cast iron cover. Interior epoxy lining provides corrosion resistance and maintains water quality. Suitable for pedestrian zones, roads, and areas where above-ground hydrants are not permitted or practical.

D Type Irrigation Hydrant
D-type (disc-type) agricultural irrigation hydrant featuring a quarter-turn operating mechanism for rapid opening and closing. The EPDM rubber disc ensures a positive seal with minimal operating torque. Available in DN 50 to DN 100 inlet sizes to match the distribution pipe. Pressure rated PN 6 or PN 10 for compatibility with gravity-fed and low-pressure irrigation networks. Robust ductile iron body with minimal moving parts for low maintenance in field conditions. Widely used in open-field agriculture, orchards, and large-scale irrigation schemes.

ISO / TS EN
D Type & A Type Irrigation Hydrant
Combined product range featuring both D-type disc irrigation hydrants and A-type management irrigation hydrants. D-type units provide simple quarter-turn shut-off for gravity and low-pressure systems; A-type units add built-in flow regulation and lockable control for pressurized networks. Both are manufactured from ductile iron with EPDM seals and available across DN 50–100 in PN 6–16 ratings. A versatile solution enabling a single supplier to cover the full range of irrigation hydrant requirements on any project.

Type A Management Irrigation Hydrant
Type A management irrigation hydrant designed for pressurized irrigation networks operating at PN 10 or PN 16. Incorporates a built-in flow regulation mechanism that maintains consistent outlet pressure regardless of fluctuations in the supply line. Lockable operating head prevents unauthorized use in field conditions. Compatible with pressure gauges, flow meters, and fertigation injection points. Suitable for pivot irrigation, drip irrigation, and micro-sprinkler systems. Ductile iron construction ensures long service life under continuous pressurized operation.

Type A Management Irrigation Hydrant
Type A management irrigation hydrant — variant configuration. Designed for pressurized irrigation networks at PN 10 / PN 16. The integrated regulation disc ensures stable downstream pressure and accurate water distribution to field outlets. Lockable operating key required for actuation, preventing tampering. Flanged connections available in DN 65 and DN 100 for compatibility with main distribution pipes. Epoxy-coated interior protects against corrosion from treated irrigation water.

Compatible: TS 2821-1
Hydrant Box (Hydrant Heel)
Cast iron or high-strength polymer protective housing (hydrant box) for TS 2821-1 underground fire hydrants. The D400-rated traffic cover withstands heavy vehicular loads including trucks and emergency vehicles without deformation. Bitumen-coated exterior provides long-term resistance to ground moisture and soil chemistry. Hinged quick-open cover allows firefighters to access the hydrant outlet rapidly without tools. Sized to accommodate the full operating envelope of the underground hydrant including the standpipe key and coupling. Available in various shaft depths to suit installation requirements.
